- In the comics, Devos is an alien cyborg dedicated to wiping out all warmonger races. However, he was fixated to the point he would even destroy any race that had the potential to become warlike. He was an enemy of the Fantastic Four, whom he deemed as a threat due to their advanced technology, and later became a member of the Fearsome Foursome along with Paibok, Klaw, and Huntara to have their revenge against the superhero team.
- He was first revealed in the DisneyNOW game Moon Girl Moxie, as one of the bosses. The game was released one day prior to the premiere of "Borough Bully Rap".
