Bureaucrats are senior editors. As well as being full Administrators, they have management abilities where they can grant limited user rights. Demotion of Bureaucrats is not done without a community discussion, unless absolutely necessary.

Administrators
Administrators are trusted editors, equipped with the tools to keep the wiki running smoothly. They can issue blocks to troublesome editors, revert vandalism using the rollback tool, and delete and move pages. They are authorised to use the tools at their disposal to deal with issues facing the wiki to the best of their ability.

Content Moderators
Content Moderators are responsible for locating and erasing vandalism, and for keeping blogs, articles, and other pages clean, along with checking edits to make sure they are contributive and not vandalism. In emergencies, they can change page protection.
Discussions Moderators
Discussions moderators are responsible for activity in all discussion threads and comments. They keep forums and comments a safe place and can delete, edit, highlight, and lock threads, and can edit and delete comments.
As of now, there aren't any discussions moderators that aren't Content Moderator, Administrators, or Bureaucrats.
Rollbacks
Rollbacks are responsible for organizing the wiki through reverting bad edits quickly.
Bots
Bots are special accounts that are used to make automatic edits in a short period of time.
