The Rat King[2] is a supervillain in the series Moon Girl and Devil Dinosaur.[1]

Physical Appearance[]
He is a rat with a body that resembles that of a human as he stands on two legs like a man. His tail is thicker than the average size of a rat's tail which is usually slim. He also has scruffy black hair on his forehead and large red triangle eyes. Additionally, he has extra fur on his neck that looks like a mane and the back of his neck appears to be a hump of fur.

Powers and abilities[]
It is unclear whether he has the ability to control rats or if they simply obey him because he can communicate with them, as he has proclaimed himself their king. He has demonstrated the ability to speak to both rats and hamsters, but it is unknown if he can communicate with other animals. Due to his mutation as a street rat, he may be stronger than the average human. He has also proven to be resilient, surviving a fall off a cliff and into a waterfall.

- In the comics, the Rat King is the son of the supervillain Piper. Taking residence in the sewers beneath Central Park, he used his pipe to control animals to steal from people on the surface. He was defeated by the mutants Eye-Boy and Nature Girl, who ordered him to let the animals alone.
