Steven "Steve" Edward Loter is an American animator, storyboard artist, director, and producer, best known for producing and animating on shows, like Kim Possible, Brandy & Mr. Whiskers, American Dragon: Jake Long, and The Ren & Stimpy Show.
For Moon Girl & Devil Dinosaur, he is an executive producer, showrunner, and creator.[1]
